3	lb	Sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1/2	c	Chopped onion
1	c	Chopped sweet red pepper
1 1/4	c	Mayonnaise
1 1/2	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Pepper
1/4	ts	Hot pepper sauce

In a large bowl, mix sweet potatoes, onion and red pepper. In a small bowl, blend remaining ingredients. Add to potato mixture and toss to coat. Chill.
